- 1 Baguette
- 30g Butter (softened)
- 50ml Olive Oil
- Handful Parsley (finely chopped)
- 5 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
- In a large bowl, add flour, salt, butter, yoghurt, oil, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda
- Preheat the oven to gas mark 5
- In a bowl mix up the softened butter, parsley and garlic cloves
- Cut the baguette lengthwise
- Spread the butter mixture onto the baguette
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until slightly browned
