  • 500g Mince / Keema (chicken / lamb)
  • 100g Frozen Peas
  • 1 Onion (finely diced)
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Potatoes (chopped)
  • 2 tsp. Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tbsp. Coriander Seeds (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp. Cumin Seeds / Jeera (crushed)
  • Handful Coriander


  1. In a pan, add the mince and cook for 5-10 minutes until the colour changes
  2. Add the finely diced onions and garlic cloves and cook for 5-10 minutes
  3. Add the chopped potatoes and cook for a few minutes
  4. Add the chilli flakes, crushed coriander seeds and crushed cumin seeds
  5. Cook for 5-10 minutes
  6. Cover with a lid and cook for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes have softened
  7. Add the chopped coriander and mix
  8. Allow the filling to cool before using it to make samosas
